I authorize Portner Auto Body INC. to repair, perform repairs as per the estimate to my vehicle. I agree that Portner Auto Body Inc. is not responsible for loss of articles left in vehicles caused by fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control, or for delays caused by the unavailability of parts or shipping delays. I also grant permission to Portner Auto Body and employees to operate the above vehicle for the purpose of testing and inspections, which may involve test driving. I understand and agree that payment will be made in full to release the vehicle.
